Do I have to pay for Clark for everyone on the team?
No. Clark is a per-user add-on. Turn it on for the teammates who want an AI assistant; everyone else stays on Builder at $150 a month and works the drawing themselves.
What if Clark uses a lot of AI tokens?
Every Clark seat includes a generous monthly allowance. If a user runs past it, overage is metered transparently and shows up on your next invoice — no surprise lockouts mid-conversation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. No refunds, no penalties — you keep access through what you've already paid for.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Yes, on invoiced billing. Email us and we'll send an order form with annual terms.
What if procurement takes a few weeks?
We'll extend your trial to cover the gap. You keep working in the product while paperwork moves on both sides.
